Description
Toontown Online's Estates Come to GMod!

This map is my most accurate recreation of the Toontown Estates and their interiors.




Features:
  • Functional interiors with seamless door transitions
  • Moving sky
  • Moving trees

I hope you enjoy this map! Have fun!

Known Issues:
  • Due to using GMod Lua to make the trees follow the player's camera, the trees may appear buggy in RT cameras.
  • May be incompatible with some mods.
  • In multiplayer the bird sounds have a chance to not work. works in singleplayer without issue
