Description
Changes Breen's voicelines to Jerma... with quite a mustache twirling villain-like impression? Also with working lipsyncing (managed to fix all of them!)

RVC model trained by me using Jerma's Spamton impression (yes).

When you replace voicelines how do you keep the lipsync? When I export audio for my mods it causes the lipsync to vanish completely
