You can not buy this house. You must find and steal the key.
The key is placed in the house of the jarl (Falkreath).

Now, go search and have fun ;)

This mod add a house (Deadman Wonderland) for the player in Falkreath

Features:

-Alchemie table
-Enchantment table
-A lot of barrels and chests
-Cooking station
-Weapon holder
-A bed ( you can sleep in it )
-House marker on the map

This mod is ideal because there is hardly any player abode mods in Falkreath. The mod is nice and simple. I had some trouble finding the key next to the Imperial captain in the Jarls house. Thumbs up though.
