Soundscapes+

Description
This add-on for Half-Life 2 and it's episodes changes and adds sounds used by the games' soundscapes. It doesn't touch the maps, it only modifies the soundscape scripts.

Some soundscapes might not sound very different, but this is because some soundscapes only had additional sounds added, where as others, like parts of the caves in Episode Two, are noticeably refreshed.

Странно что на диске который был пиратским ещё из 2004. Чайки работали как надо.

@FloodRisk I don’t believe the alarm is actually removed, it just happened to not be playing at the time of recording the enhanced version. In game it’s not a constant sound, but rather a random one that plays on a set interval.

I'd add, but the alarm being removed from the soundscape throws me off(from the youtube video preview), It adds some personality yk?

Alright. Thanks for the reply!

Should be. The sounds it does add are custom, so uncompressed sounds shouldn't have an effect on them. However, in the cases where some sounds are replaced, rather than added in addition to the originals, I'd imagine there would be conflicts. To avoid that, try loading this mod below Uncompressed Sounds.

Is this compatible with the uncompressed sounds mod?

Excellent add-on. Surprisingly sounds even more realistic than the default Half-Life 2 soundscapes, and more detailed. I'd call it a Half-Life 2 Essential
