Fear no more, as this mod will provide you well,

By kidnapping bystanders, this addon contains:
-Randomized faces variants for all citizen models (rebels Included)
Now you can plays like no clones were there!

Now odd issue, is that when you reload a save, or die, or whatnot, the character faces will change to a different one. And if they die (from you or otherwise), they will revert to vanilla face.
