OG MODS DESCRIPTION
Basically HL2 Eli Vance but with HLA clothes. Did this because the HLA port of Eli Vance did not have moving eyes (they would just stare straight into the distance even while talking).

also, ima post this on all of my mods and collections- should i make a discord? For announcements when i make new mods, updates, or development progress etc. I think it would be useful for those who want to see progress on things like the houndeye in hl2 mod etc.
