What this does:
  • The "oil_drum001h" (flammable barrel / oil drum) texture now bears the logo of the Northern Petrol company (from the container props and Highway 17) on its warning label
  • There are no other changes.
aka "Exploding Barrel Tweak" (just one, singular)
