IS-3000 tankhead mech with vodka rocket version 1.0

Inspired by Soviet heavy tank developed in 1945, the IS-3
IS-3 replaced the IS-2 featuring better armor and a new turret.
Production ended in the summer of 1946 to focus on the next generation of the IS family.
