Blair, the witch(?) hailing from Death City and a side character in Soul Eater makes her way into Rivals of Aether.

Main Mechanic/Neutral Special: Halloween Cannon
By holding Neutral Special, Blair charges up Halloween Cannon, which fills a meter alongside her hud going all the way up to 20. The longer it's held the more distance and Halloween Cannon can cover. Additionally, it also gets stronger, when the meter reaches 10 all of Blair's attacks have either an increased effect or change their properties to KO the opponent. The bar slows down after reaching 10.

Forward Special: Jack-O'-Chomp
Blair flies towards her opponent at an angle, summoning a jack-o-lantern around her to bite down on her opponent. This is mainly a combo ender that can rack up damage quickly. Charging the meter to 10 will give the move more knock back.

Down Special: Trick or Snare
Blair places a trap on the ground, causing a small plant to sprout of the ground. Pressing the button again will cause the plant to whip in a circle. Opponents hit by this will be trapped in place for a brief second, allowing for set-ups and kill confirms. Having the meter at or above 10 will instead have a pumpkin to sprout from the plant, the pumpkin will then explode sending the opponent towards Blair's direction.

Up Special: Levitating Pumpkin
Blair will spawn a pumpkin underneath her and stand on top of it. This pumpkin has a platform that she can spawn anywhere, even off stage. She is only capable of spawning one though however, as doing the move again will despawn that pumpkin and spawn a new one. Additionally, she must touch the ground at least once to respawn a pumpkin. If she hasn't touched the ground she will not respawn one. To despawn a pumpkin without spawning a new one, hold down on the left stick after inputting the move. Charging the move up to and past 10 will cause a pumpkin to explode instead of despawning after a delayed explosion. This has tremendous kill-power, but Blair is just as likely to get ko'd by it if she isn't careful.

- Blair can slide forward along the ground with FHeavy if you have good momentum behind you, make sure to space it correctly as well as it will miss if the enemy is too close to her.

- Charging the meter up to 20 not only provides a devastating Halloween Cannon but allows her to do charged versions of her specials twice. Doing any other special besides Neutral Special only takes 10 away from the meter, so manage it accordingly.

- Whenever Blair does the command to despawn a platform, she can spike someone with this. Think of this like a footstool, and have fun disrespecting.
