Description








This switch is a component specifically designed for passenger dedicated lines, with dimensions in true proportion. The turnout allows a passing speed of 350km/h in the straight direction and 80km/h in the lateral direction

This mod requires the activation of "Basic components of high-speed railway in China" as a pre mod. It is recommended to subscribe to "Track/Street Modifier", "Marker Start/End", and "Spliter" together for track construction and fine adjustment.

Note that this component is only for display purposes and does not have actual international traffic functions. It needs to be used in conjunction with the "CTRSIII turnout free model track" in the "China High Speed Railway Basic Components" module. Due to game mechanics limitations, the switch cannot change direction based on the train's passage, and the switch always remains straight open.

Usage

1. First, pull out the straight track. At the location where you need to arrange the switch, use the Marker module to select a section and update it to the CRTSIII ballastless track (model free) version using the Track/Street Modifier module.
2. Then place the switch model in the direction you need.
3. Use hidden tracks to pull out the siding. It is recommended to pull a length of 150m for the siding of this No. 18 turnout.
4. Reset the uncovered segments of the switch to visible regular tracks.
5. The segments generated by the system have a slight distance from the turnout and cannot perfectly fill the turnout (the turnout is modeled according to real dimensions). Separate blocks can be used to fill the voids, or the splitter module can be used to split the previous segment into two parts, with the outer side updated to a visible track.
A highly simulated high-speed railway switch has been completed.
