Volt, the shocking spectre, has arrived to bring shock and awe to rivals of aether. Volt is a lightning fast rushdown fighter who overwhelms the opponent with blinding speed and devastating combos.

VOLT SPECIALS:

Nspecial: Ionic Shiv
--------------------------------------------------------

Volt tosses a shard of electricity straight ahead. In the air, He will toss it diagonally down. This attack can be charged, creating a damaging hitbox on Volt, though this does not increase the attack's damage or speed. Can be aimed left and right and shield cancelled while charging.

Fspecial: Bolt
--------------------------------------------------------

Volt calls down a lightning bolt directly in front of him. The bolt travels straight down from the top of the screen and stops upon contact with either an enemy or terrain. This attack is relatively fast and is great for combos.

Dspecial: Discharge
--------------------------------------------------------

Volt creates a burst of energy, gaining power, range, and amounts of hits in proportion to his current Static meter.

Uspecial: Living Lightning
--------------------------------------------------------

Volt transforms into a bolt of electricity, travelling upwards and hitting opponents.


THE STATIC METER
--------------------------------------------------------


The static meter is Volt's unique resource. It increases whenever he deals damage to an opponent, but increases even more when he is moving (e.g, running, walking, dash turning). The static meter grants new properties to Volt's specials when it is full

Nspecial: Storm Cannon
--------------------------------------------------------

Volt concentrates energy into his hands before firing a powerful electric beam. This attack has a strong tipper hitbox, and can be held to delay the blast, though it cannot be cancelled in any way or be aimed left or right.

Fspecial: Inclement Weather

Volt calls down 3 bolts of lightning in succession

Uspecial
--------------------------------------------------------

Volt's Uspecial does not become a new move with full static, rather he gains the ability to cancel the ending of the attack directly into a fully charged discharge by holding the SHIELD button before the attack concludes.


Other traits

-Volt possess a triple jump, letting him jump 3 times
-Volt's dash attack is jump cancellable on the 2nd hit
-Volt's jab combo is jump and special cancellable on the 2nd hit
