Feel the Cold

Description
Feel the Cold is a survival/weather mod inspired by the likes of Frostfall, but on a smaller, simpler scale.

Bad weather reduces Health Regen and Stamina Regen, and extreme weather causes your movement speed to be reduced and Health and Stamina to slowly drain. Magicka is unnaffected, so you can still use Restoration to replenish Health and Stamina.

I personally couldn't be bothered with the advanced survival techniques required for the Frostfall mod (though I'm sure a lot of people like it) so I created my own simpler version.
This mod will not greatly affect your gameplay experience, you are unlikely to ever die from the weather, but it just adds a simple extra layer to make weather a bit more interesting.

The main attributes that are affected by weather are Health Regen and Stamina Regen (HealRateMult and StaminaRateMult).
There are several categories of cold that stack and can quickly reduce your Regen to 0.

Rain
Snow
Night
Wind
Water

Rain and Snow will simply reduce Regen by a certain amount.
Nighttime will also reduce Regen, but can be counteracted by being illuminated by a light source, such as a fire or torch, standing near a follower carrying a torch, or even just light from equipping various spells.
Wind chill will reduce Regen at different levels based on the wind speed.
Swimming in water also reduce Regen at varying amounts depending on the weather. On a pleasant day swimming will only reduce Regen slightly, but swimming during a blizzard will reduce Regen much more.

In addition to this there is also Exposure.
If the weather is really bad you will suffer from Exposure which will slow your movement. If the weather gets even worse, or if you decide to go for a swim in freezing water, you will start dying from Exposure which will reduce movement speed further and start draining Health and Stamina by 1 point per second.
Like cold from the Night, dying from Exposure can be staved off by being near a light source (torches, spells etc.).

Uninstalling
To cleanly uninstall the mod, go indoors and check Active Effects to make sure no Feel the Cold or Exposure effects are active, then save your game and disable the mod.

The mod is old, probably won't be updated, but I'm leaving this note for my future self at least... =)

The concept is good; the implementation is not.
1) I start dying from exposure the second I step out-of-doors? Naw, it ain't Antarctica and even there you won't take damage immediately at -20. (And not that fast, 1 HP per second? Nope.)
2) No taking into account insulation from clothing? The number one way we stay warm: clothing.
3) A simple light source provides enough heat to stave off exposure? Good attempt, but realistically.... how about taking clothing into account first.

Hi, is there any way to know what you are suffering from, or when you start suffering from something without checking active effects?

So, I accidently uninstalled the mod, then reinstalled it, but now I can't run at my top speed and my stamina doesn't regenerate. I don't suppose there's an easy way to fix that, is there?
