A 3-5-2 Tactic originating from the good old CM days adjusted for FM24 and the Realism Mod from Daveincid.

Oppostion Instructions are not recommended for interfering with the team cohesion and thus not helping to succeed.

It uses mostly the classic roles as i prefer substance over fancy names and big show offs.


SK - good reflexes, good in the air
CD - rather fast, good in the air
HB - rather fast, able passing
CWB - fast, able in the air, good at passing and/or crossing
AP - good passing, good vision (DLP if slow like i.e. an aging star in his sunset season)
CM - slightly fast, good passing, able in defending
CF - the ballplaying striker or the playmaking target man - whatever you want
P - extremely fast, composed goalgetter
(at least one of the strikers should be superb in the air, at least one superb at dribbling)
