Tainted Lost's Lost Flat File

Description
The following mod is a small tweak to the Tainted Lost that will cause a Flat File to drop whenever you start a new run as him. This is to allow the Tainted Lost the option to access Curse rooms in both Greed mode and regular play, without expending his only hit of protection, without compromising the point of the challenge too much.
