For Narrative Attack Systems their effect is checked every hit they made to enemy ships
Narrative Defense is used to anti Narrative Attack

Medium Narrative Attack System: Reduce all enemy ships' hull point by 1%
Large Narrative Attack System: Delete a enemy fleet
Super Narrative Attack System: Delete every fleet enemy has
Titanic Narrative Attack System: Delete enemy country
