Releasable Cores: Vassal Expansion

Description
This mod adds cores for nations not present at game start, letting you vassalize different subdivisions of countries in peace deals and the vassal releasing menu. The aim is to help everyone have a more enjoyable experience and allow for more customization in peace treaties and nationbuilding.

Current progress:
- 2022 - Modern World (+ Cores) start date
- 1936 - World War II (+ Cores) start date
- 1910 - The Great War (+ Cores) start date
- 1836 - Victorian Era (+ Cores) start date
- 1792 - Napoleonic Wars (+ Cores) start date
- 1618 - Thirty Years' War (+ Cores) start date

Planned additions:
- Scenarios with releasable nations for the base game 1066, 1354 and 1440 scenarios
- Possibly releasable nations for some campaigns

@W1z oh god, im so happy to hear this. its sad that my mod's obsolete now and that i still cant get that feature because aoh3 doesnt work on my pc with java. i hope lukasz brings back the exe

When ı try to play WW2 even ı close events they are keep working so how can ı fix please help me mate

I like this one. I honestly wonder, why Lukasz hasnt done it atleast like in AOH2, where you could even create imaginary countrys like Plavania or something.

@JAMMED UP yes, I think to release a nation it has to not exist on the map.

@Pavel Milyukov In a game where I was playing as the Austrian Empire in the Victorian scenario and i took over half of Serbia but when I checked the menu to release Serbia it wasn't on the list. Does the original nation have to be completely off the map in order to release part of it as a vassal? A similar thing happened when i took over a good portion of Portugal but it wouldn't let me release my part of the Portuguese land as a vassal, and i'm assuming that because the original nation has to be gone completely.

@JAMMED UP as long as you own a core of another nation you can release it as a vassal

You don't you can release it with just a portion like in AoH2
