Picture this: you’ve set up the perfect evening. You’ve invited all your friends over, promising a fun night of games, snacks, and hangouts. Little do they know, the main event isn’t a movie marathon or a chill game night. No, you’ve planned something much better (for you, at least) — a Clairen & Glue Party!

As your friends walk in, they’re greeted by the sight of a TV with Rivals 2, and a tray of glue sticks strategically placed around the room. They might ask, “Hey, what’s with all the glue?” But you’re already warming up, practicing those crispy tippers and chain grabs with your favourite catgirl Clairen. You nonchalantly wave them over to the couch, where you've got a spot waiting for them to be your personal training dummy.

With a cheerful grin, you start up a game of Rivals 2. “Let’s play some matches!” you say, but what you really mean is, “Let me show you why Clairen is the stupidest character, and you’ll just have to deal with it.” As you start chaining together grabs and perfectly spaced fairs, you see their enthusiasm slowly fade. But do you stop? Of course not. This is your time to shine, and they’re getting a front-row seat to your Clairen masterclass.

As your friends start getting visibly annoyed at how much you’re zoning them out and edgeguarding them to oblivion, you casually reach for a stick of glue... and take a bite. They stare in disbelief as you chew it like it’s a delicacy, and then, as if this is a completely normal thing to do, you offer them some, too. You make sure to keep the glue on display the whole night, in case anyone needs a reminder of the party’s true theme.

Of course, the night wouldn’t be complete without you demonstrating just how many ways Clairen can control the game. Your friends want to switch to a different game? Nah, you’re not done spacing out those F-smashes yet. “I mean, we could play Mario Kart, but I haven’t finished practicing my pivots...” As they sigh, you prepare for another match, picking Clairen again and taking another sip of glue because, well, why not?

As the night goes on, your friends have had enough of getting chain grabbed across the stage and eating snacks that look suspiciously like something you’d find in a craft store. They’re practically begging to leave, but you keep convincing them to stay for “one more match” (just so you can prove, once again, that Clairen can edgeguard from anywhere).

By the end of the night, your friends might be gone, and your collection of glue snacks might be half-eaten (by you). But it doesn’t matter, because you got to play Clairen and eat glue, and that’s all you ever really wanted. Will they come to your next party? Probably not. But hey, at least you had fun.

Clean Up

After you’re done enjoying your glue, make sure to clean up your space and wash your hands. Sticky hands are no fun! Make sure to cancel your internet connection too so that nobody has to play against you ever again!
