+0.9 DMG
When entering a room, each enemy will individually have a 40% chance to be effected with burn and fear for 3.5 seconds.
Burn will deal 60% of Isaac's damage 5 times over the course of the 3.5 seconds.
Each extra copy will only grant +0.9 DMG.
