1000 Patterns
Introduced with The Armory update, the USP-S "Alpine Camo" is part of The Sport & Field Collection, featuring a striking blue and purple camo design with "Heat Treated" elements. In the making of this guide, we meticulously analyzed all 1,000 patterns using AI-driven image tools to detect key color elements and perform pixel-by-pixel assessments, organizing the best patterns into tiers after an in-depth manual review.

Rare Patterns
We focused on blue and purple pixel concentrations in critical areas like the hammer, sight, and ejection port, as well as side views of the pistol. This precise analysis allowed us to rank patterns with accuracy.

Two standout types are 'Sky Blue' (bright blue hammer, safety, and trigger) and 'Deep Blue' (darker blue/purple hammer and brighter ejection port, symmetrical blue sight). Additionally, 'Max Blue Top' variants can be distinguished, featuring a bright blue ejection port and a more purple/pink hammer. Finally, 'Pink Fade' and 'Gold Fade' patterns emerge, displaying a beautiful Fade-like pattern on the pistol's hammer.
#1 Pattern 674
Pattern 674 features the highest number of visible blue pixels during play and inspect, as well as the brightest blue hammer, clearly distinguishing itself as the #1 pattern.
#2 Pattern 490
Following in very close second with slightly less blue is Pattern 490.
#3 Pattern 704
Pattern 704 takes third in the ranking with an almost imperceptibly darker hammer and a bit less blue on the safety.

Disclaimer: It should be noted that the top 3 patterns are very close in appearance, making it difficult to choose between them. However, the rankings were finalized after detailed pixel color analysis and an A/B testing survey with over 10 third parties, all of whom agreed with the aesthetic aspects of the ranking.
Tier 1 'Sky Blue' Patterns
'Sky Blue' patterns are closest in appearance to the top 3, featuring bright blue hammers and the most blue when viewed during play.
148, 341, 567, 723, 904, 948
Tier 1 'Deep Blue' Patterns
'Deep Blue' patterns feature a darker hammer with a color gradient ranging from light blue to nearly purple. Despite this variation, the number of blue pixels remains at a Tier 1 level due to the symmetrical blue pattern on the sight and the brighter blue ejection port.
16, 273, 297, 308, 517, 530, 695, 781, 885, 990
Tier 1.5 'Max Blue Top' Patterns
These patterns showcase the brightest blue ejection ports ('Max Blue Top') and are quite aesthetically pleasing, despite the dark hammer with pink blemishes. However, the amount of visible blue during gameplay falls short of the Tier 1 patterns.
66, 67, 772, 790
Tier 2 'Sky Blue' Patterns
406, 587, 651, 876 (borderline)
Tier 2 'Deep Blue' Patterns
48, 69, 96, 117, 159, 263, 370, 426, 482 (borderline), 730, 764, 882
'Pink & Gold Fade' Patterns
'Pink Fade' (left) and 'Gold Fade' (right)
'Pink and Gold Fade' patterns do not meet the criteria for Tiers 1 and 2, but they are aesthetically pleasing and unique in their own right.
  • T1 'Pink Fade': 259, 461 (best), 792
  • T2 'Pink Fade': 356, 542, 880
  • T3 'Pink Fade': 168, 288 (borderline), 611, 673, 856, 953
  • T1 'Gold Fade': 321, 324, 347 (best), 843
  • T2 'Gold Fade': 111, 354, 441 (borderline)
'Didn't Make The Cut' Patterns
Several patterns did not make the final ranking as they failed to meet the aesthetics and/or blue pixel count criteria. While some guides may classify these as 'Tier 3,' we feel that ranking them with accuracy and objectivity isn't possible, so they will remain unranked. The 'borderline' patterns that just made the cut have been marked throughout the guide.

  • Unranked 'Blue' patterns: 0, 1, 19, 44, 62, 109, 113, 116, 119, 125, 134, 142, 201, 202, 225, 253, 271, 279, 284, 315, 332, 338, 364, 365, 375, 386, 402, 410, 430, 435, 440, 456, 481, 483, 503, 524, 537, 562, 592, 607, 649, 661, 668, 696, 701, 711, 718, 721, 725, 752, 808, 821, 826, 835, 846, 870, 878, 895, 898, 925, 942, 946, 951, 964, 965, 970, 979, 992, 998

@Ega : I used a custom script I wrote myself to analyze the images, had to tinker quite a bit with the correct color filters. The screenshot taking, cropping, and labeling process was also automated via simple python scripts. So I didn't really use any programs, sorry.

Can I ask what program you used to create this guide? I'd like to make some guides for other skins too.
