(Spoiler warning) Guide to killing Undyne the undying

This guide is not magic, it is just here to hopefully be helpful for your genocide run and killing undyne if your having trouble

Requirements for Undyne battle

To get to the Undyne the undying battle you have to do a genocide route which requires you to kill 20 monsters in ruins and Toriel. 16 monsters in Snowdin and kill Papyrus. Waterfall requires you to kill 18 monsters and now Undyne, which is what I'm here to help with (hopefully). So if you haven't killed 18 monsters yet then you might want to do that

Beginning of the battle: first 10 attacks

This is the beginning of the battle and the attacks go:
1: Up up up right down left up left down right down left up
2: left right left left right right left left right left right left
3: it varies but its slow arrow attacks that come in bunches
4: floating spears just try to dodge them is all I got
5: upwards spears and there really is no pattern here but just go to the empty space if there is one
7: this one also varies but its always spears that come from different sides never the same side
8: up up up up left up up up up right up up up up left up up up up right
9: up left up left up left up left gold arrows that come from below and the side
10: circle of arrows type A, these ones spin so I would recommend getting out of the circle fast

Again this is not magic its skill and memory and practice, DETERMINATION

Last 10 attacks

These last 10 attacks are the hardest part of the battle in my opinion

11: Circle of arrows type A again get through as fast as you can and don't forget they do spin
12: Gold arrows then normal then gold it goes in some kind of circle pattern I forgot what exactly
13: left right up (up) left right down (down) left right up (up) left right down (down)
14 left (right) down (up) right (left) up (down)
15: Circle of arrows type B first immobile and then they shoot forward move through quickly
16: Circle of arrows type A spinning spears the slowly come forward
17: Floating arrows its really just dodging on this one
18: Upwards arrows that come at random and again just find an empty space and stay there until its not empty
19: Circle of arrows type B first immobile then shooting forward for this one move in kind of a circle
20: Circle of arrows type A spinning spears that come forward slowly I would recommend getting through quick

Items I would recommend

• Butterscotch pie: it heals all hp and its best used near the end of the battle it's given to you during the ruins in Toriel's house

• Sea tea: it heals 10 hp but it also boosts speed I would suggest only using it on the red parts it's found in Gerson's shop

• Crab apple: it heals 18 hp and it's also found in Gerson's shop

• Cloudy glasses: increases inv. frames

• Torn notebook: it also increases inv. frames
