Origin Synthetic Fertility
* decreased biological species growth by 95%
Origin: Clone Army
* reduce max pops from 100 -> 80
Origin: Overtuned
* increased the cost of all traits it adds by 1
Origin: Arc Welders
* does not start with the Arc Furnace technology researched
* Constructing a second Arc Furnace does unlocks the Mega-Engineering technology for research instead it unlocks the Arc Furnace technology (this is currently impossible, need to change it to finish the first one)

## CIVICS

Civics: Anglers and Trawling Operations
* angler job bonus food from +2 to +1
* added an ingame restriction to not be able to pair with civics that makes food make alloys
Civics: Sovereign Guardianship, Corporate Protectorate, Guardian Matrix and Guardian Cluster
* increase penalty from systems to +300%
* decrease penalty from planet to +50%
* increase empire size penalty by 25%
Civics: Masterful Crafters and Masterful Crafters Inc
* remove the trade value from it and increase the mineral upkeep by 1
Civics: Catalytic Processing, Organic Reprocessing and Catalytic Recycling
* decrease alloys produced to be the same as normal alloy production
Civic: Technocracy
* remove the research alternative
Civic: Tactical Algorithms (Strong vanilla civic)
* change the buff from tactical insights to give 10% diplo weight from fleets
Civic: Innate design
* remove extra spawning drone gotten from building

## Traits

Trait Dark Matter Engines:
* +40% Resources from jobs -> +20% Resources from jobs
Trait Auto-Modding:
* all traits that it can choose from are only 50% as effective
Species: Machine species:
* reduce min habitability to 25%
