PvP - Songs of Conquest

Я хочу вам рассказать про первое организованное ПвП сообщество по игре Song of Conquest.
I want to tell you about the first organized PvP community for Song of Conquest.

В Steam уже имеется руководство по игре в мультиплеер в сообществе СНГ Songs of Conquest, однако сейчас у нас полностью меняется концепция сообщества. Теперь сообщество будет направлено на интернационал.
Steam already has a guide to playing multiplayer in the CIS Songs of Conquest community, but now we have a complete community concept change. The community will now be geared towards international.

Немного о сообществе...

Ранее наше сообщество было направлено только на русскоязычную аудиторию. Однако в данный момент концепция сообщества поменялась... теперь мы направлены на интернационал. В связи с этим мы поменяли название сообщества: "Songs of Conquest - PvP Community"

Теперь сервер разделен на два раздела: русскоязычный раздел и англоязычный раздел. В Discord добавлена новая функция, которая позволяет при входе на сервер выбрать определённые роли пройдя небольшой опрос. У новых пользователей появится возможность видеть только один из разделов или оба.

Наш сервер в Discord набрал достаточное количество пользователей и активности, чтобы считаться наверное самым организованным сообществом по игре Song of Conquest!

Видно что создатели Song of Conquest вкладывают душу в свое детище, однако стоит помнить, что они работают небольшой командой и их студия еще молодая. Мы считаем, что данный продукт, действительно хорош, разработчики усердно работают над ним, и поверьте - игра займет свое почетное место в рейтинге пошаговых стратегий!

Теперь, в связи с изменившийся концепцией, сообщество создано с целью объединения всех игроков, чтобы ты, Путник, присоединившись к ламповому серверу Discord нашел с кем поиграть.

Вся основная активность проходит на сервере Discord с названием "Songs of Conquest - PvP Community".

В сообществе имеется:

• Расписанные правила сообщества, которые помогут сориентироваться на сервере;
  
• Система рейтинга, отражающая уровень игры пользователей, основанная на боте Discord;
  
• Различные руководства по игре, помогающие освоиться новичкам (в разработке, так как игра сейчас меняется и многое становится неактуальным);
  
• Справедливая и отзывчивая администрация;
  
• Сезонные и эпизодические мероприятия в различных форматах, включая турниры и трансляции;
  
• Численность сообщества составляет более 350 пользователей и только растет.

На нашем сервере вы можете найти себе товарищей по игре и просто хорошую компанию. Также мы проводим с переодически турниры со стримами и шикарным кастом, а также с призовым фондом.

A few words about the community...

Earlier, our community was exclusively catered towards Russian-speaking users. However, recently we've shifted the focus of the community, transitioning it to international (English-speaking) audience. Because of that, our Discord server is now called "Songs of Conquest - PvP Community".

The server is separated in two sections: Russian-speaking and English-speaking. We've added a new feature to Discord server, that allows to choose certain roles just when entering the server, one of the roles is language preference. New users can choose either one or both to get access to different server sections. Matchmaking section is shared between all users.

Our Discord server has quite a lot of active users, and it might be considered the biggest unofficial Songs of Conquest community there is!

The developers of Song of Conquest are surely putting their soul into the game, though it's nice to remember that their team is small and the studio is still quite young. We are of an opinion, that SoC has great future potential, the devs are working hard to realize it, so the game will take it's place in the pantheon of iconic turn-based strategies!

And now, after the server focus was changed to unite players from different parts of the world, we've done a lot to help you and other players find someone to play with after joining.
All the activity is taking place on the Discord server "Songs of Conquest - PvP Community".
The server has:

• Community rules, that elaborate on server's roles and channels;
  
• ELO Rating system, used to represent players' skill levels, implemented through a Discord bot;
  
• Various beginner guides, based on preferred factions (in development, lately the game is changing quite actively, new guides are paused for now);
  
• Just and responsive server administrators;
  
• Seasonal and off-season events in different formats;
  
• Community member count over 350 that keeps growing.

On the server, you can find companions to play with, or simply a good company to discuss the game. From time to time, we also organize community tournaments with broadcasts and prize pools.
