Introduction
Firstly, I recommend checking out this guide since it inspired the creation of this one. I am only making this because that guide has not been updated in several years and is arguably severely outdated in some areas. If my guide doesn't work for you, you're more than welcome to check theirs out!

My goal is to make this guide as simple to follow and as accurate as possible, it's good to remember that we all make mistakes, even those who push to be perfect.

If this guide helped you it would be heavily appreciated if you liked, favorited or commented on it!

If you're feeling charitable feel free to give me some steam points ~ check below to learn how!

Pre-Settings Tips
1. I would absolutely recommend using the below graph if you start changing settings outside of the presets listed below in the guide. This graph isn't old so it is relevant, and is highly regarded.

Created by u/reticentRakon on Reddit on January 6th 2024.

2. It is highly recommended that you are using Cyberpunk 2077 on an SSD for maximum performance output, however it is not absolutely required.
3. I recommend using DLSS first if you have it, and then Intel XeSS and finally AMD FSR.

Launcher and Intro Skip
You can skip the intro graphics and launcher in Cyberpunk 2077.

Launcher Skip
1. Right click 'Cyberpunk 2077' in your Steam Library
2. In the 'General' tab, find the bottom box that says, "Launch Options"
3. Type in --launcher-skip without any spaces and yes it needs the -- double dash

Intro Skip
1. Download this mod[www.nexusmods.com]
2. Copy the 'archive' and 'bin' folders into your Cyberpunk game folder, normally located at:
Steam: C:\Program Files (x86)\Steam\steamapps\common\Cyberpunk 2077
GOG: C:\Program Files (x86)\GOG Galaxy\Games\Cyberpunk 2077
Epic Games: C:\Program Files\Epic Games\Cyberpunk 2077
3. (Optional) if you are on GOG or Epic Games and want the Launcher Skip too, you can launch Cyberpunk 2077 via the Cyberpunk.bat file in your Cyberpunk folder. This will skip both.
AFMF2 for AMD Users
AFMF2 is a wonderful piece of technology that can increase your FPS by 100+ or more. Unfortunately as of right now you require very specific pieces of technology to use this, but I figured it was worth including this for anyone who has one or more of the following tech in their system:

Graphics cards:
  • AMD Radeon RX 6000 series
  • RX 7000 series
  • 700M integrated graphics
  • 800M integrated graphics
Processors:
  • AMD Ryzen 6000/7000 with integrated 700M graphics
  • Ryzen AI 300 series processors

1. Open AMD Software: Adrenalin Edition
2. Select the "Gaming" tab and find Cyberpunk 2077
2b. If you can't find it, try refreshing and if that doesn't work, click the three dots in the top right and manually add the .exe from your game folder.
3. Under "Graphics" turn on AMD Fluid Motion Frames 2 - Manual.
4. For Search Mode try Auto or High.

This is not guaranteed to increase your frames and may look wonky depending on your system, but it is absolutely worth a try for those who own the listed tech above as it takes ~2 minutes to test.

The largest downside is slight tear in static UI elements and a very slight input delay, however if you are playing on controller these things are not as noticeable (in my opinion).
Closing Remarks
