TLOU Government Replacement - FEDRA

This mod replaces government institutions of the old world (Police, Military) with groups of the new world featured in The Last of Us - FEDRA.

Police and army zombies are replaced with FEDRA personnel, with police items being incredibly rare and largely supplanted by FEDRA gear - to emulate the complete shift in production and rarity of pre-infection gear in the TLOU universe. There is also an optional submod that adds FEDRA occupations - a soldier or guard, which are basically like the Military Profession mod or vanilla police profession (and will give you a set of starting gear/uniform and weapon) for roleplay purposes. Police vehicles are reskinned with a FEDRA livery.

Professions framework is needed for the profession submod.

Vanilla camo gear can still be found on survivor/hunter/etc zombies or places like army surplus stores.
