Historical Fiction v1.0

Description
In this game two (or more if you want to take your fun into your own hands) players play as time traveling organizations trying to manipulate world events to suit their own ends. Players win by changing history to meet their goal. Players lose when they fail to achieve their goal. Each player gets to break the rules of the game in a different way, but may also have their hands tied in certain ways.
