Complete Solo run of the Gleaming Depths Raid on the PTS 8/10/24 edited to only contain the successful attempts of each encounter. Tips and guide at the bottom of the description.

Guide:

EN06 - shoot EN06's shield system located in its back (the big yellow canisters) once it's shields are disabled deal damage to the main body, after a short period it will attempt to purge the room, relocate to the blast proof areas A,B or C whichever has flashing strobe lights by the doors. each room's doors will be destroyed with each purge so defeat EN06 before the 4th purge.
Use Vats to still shoot the shield systems from the front, it takes more damage from multiple projectiles so use a beam splitter laser rifle or Peppershaker with the single barrel to shred its shielding.
this is a double edged sword as rapidly taking down its shielding does little damage to the boss's HP, so if you find yourself needing to do more damage to EN06 before the shields go down use slow firing single projectile weapons to do more chip damage. Fire DoT and ricochet damage do great damage while the shields are still up.

Drill - Refuel the motherload drill from red jerry cans found in the mineshafts while preventing it from taking too much damage. watch out for Ultragenetic moleminers that patrol the mineshafts as they have a 1hit kill melee attack that also breaks an armour piece regardless of HP, defenses or armour durability.
there is a small sweet spot near the front of the drill where you can heal the drills damage with a Medic's melee weapon (ranged weapons don't seem to work). as for dealing with the ultragenetic mole miners they often have trouble pathing if you're constantly in the air, so if you need to kite them lure them to high ceiling rooms to dupe them. If attempting solo, attack the regular miners near the drill to draw their attention to you instead of the drill, this focus persists when you're deep in the mines so the drill remains relatively safe. if you're lucky Ricochet can damage and break their weapons so they can only do a small punch for damage.

Epsilon Squad - destroy Generators in section A,B and C to lower the shields of Epsilon Squad to do damage. eyebots will spawn and make their way to any of the 3 generators and repair them, if any generators get repaired even a little all of Epsilon Squads Shields go back up. repeat until all of them are defeated.
when attacking Epsilon squad focus on taking out Lynx first as their cryo grenades will drain your AP bar fast, leaving you at the mercy of the other 2. bloodhound is high damage melee so you can leave them for last with some easy kiting. if you're solo Nuka grenades with max rank grenadier are enough to take out the eyebots even through walls so you can keep the generators obfuscated by the wall partitions clear allowing you to focus on Epsilon Squad.

Ultragenetic Horde - lure the horde of Ultragenetic creatures towards the Ultracite crystals around the room, destroying the crystals will cause damage to the creatures in a nearby radius, use these to defeat all the creatures that spawn.
Keep aware of your surroundings and the path you're going to kite the creatures along, as once the crystals are destroyed they'll leave a gas cloud that damages over time (flat damage) along with a slow down effect which can cause you to get trapped. the larger the crystal you destroy the larger the AOE of the blast and also the damage done to the creatures, so save the larger crystals for when the tougher creatures spawn once enough of the horde has been culled. If Solo the enemy pathing can get wonky and sometimes remain in their spawn tunnels.

Ultracite Terror - Enter the center arena and simply fight the giant snake boss avoiding its poison spit attacks.
defeat the snakes tail whenever it spawns to stop it destroying the Arena space, whenever it uses its roar to push you from the arena jump in the air as the push effect is only on the ground. otherwise target the snakes eyes as that is it's weak spot.
