Reduced Armor Penalties REUPLOAD

Description
Armor coverage has been increased unanimously.
Hiver shirts from 0% arm coverage to 50%
Comabt speed modifiers, dexterity, and damage output modifiers virtually eliminated.
Dodge, ranged skills, assassination, and stealth modifiers significantly reduced.
Attack/defense skill reductions almost completely eliminated, defense skill buffs on plate armors.

You have a ton of extremely questionable dating sims/desktop companions on your profile, almost all of which depict obviously underage girls in skimpy outfits. Your game list should be cited in the DSM-5.

Not me, no. When I created this mod, all I did was open the item list in the forgotten construction set and manually change the values. You could load that mod in the forgotten construction set and do the same thing yourself.

You're at least the third to ask me to make the mod work with another mod that adds or alters armor items and parameters. What you're doing is the equivalent of asking a stranger on the street to do an hour or two of free work. Maybe if you transfer me $50.

I feel that's understandable from plate armor making you move more sluggishly but not as a psychological thing. Sounds kinda silly. I'd still want to block even if I was dripped out in plates.

Regardless, this mod is not supposed to be balanced.
