[RIT]Simple Fix - Administrative Optimize(行政制CPU减负)

After Patch 1.13.1, the vanilla game runs much faster, so this mod may no longer be necessary. However, if you still experience lag, it might still help.

Based on calculations from the official debugger used by the expert Kommisaar, I’ve modified the following files to improve game performance:

File: succession_appointment

- Reduced the candidate pool. The updated eligibility list is as follows:

- Acclamation Succession:
Default candidates: Immediate family, close relatives
Additional candidates: Vassals and landless house heads

- Appointed Succession:
Default candidates: Immediate family
Additional candidates: Close relatives, vassals, and landless house heads

Note: Characters in the additional candidate pool can enter the candidate list by investing any amount of influence.

- Simplified the algorithm, merging redundant and unnecessary score modifiers.
- Spouses, friends, and council members (except co-rulers) of the title holder no longer receive extra points.
- Candidates not of the state religion now always receive a significant score penalty.
- Candidates not of the capital’s culture now always receive a significant score penalty.

File: 07_ep3_values: house_power_score
Simplified the calculation conditions—now the house head’s status is far more impactful.

File: 06_ep3_interactions: support_candidacy_interaction
- For human players, the candidate list no longer scans all house members—only your close family,descendants and courtiers are included.
(You can still manually support any candidate you want. This change avoids late-game lag from oversized families.)
- Loosened restrictions on human players supporting candidates.
However, children and governors cannot select other governors’ titles in the title list, as they are ineligible to begin with.
If there is no target that affects the eligibility of candidates, please check:
-Role titles that use non administrative inheritance laws cannot be selected
-Only candidates who are not children or governors can run for the title of governor
-If it still cannot be displayed, please check other mods that have modified the UI or inheritance law, then troubleshoot the issue

This mod overwrites vanilla files and is not compatible with other mods that modify the same files. Adjusting load order might resolve conflicts.
