jgrim's Map Color Shading (HOI4 style)

This mod adds color shading to the map that grows fainter the more the camera zooms in, like it does in HOI4.

All inner coloring is stopped with the last few zoom levels so it doesn't impact those of you who like to zoom in close. I couldn't find a map shader mod that played well with "shaded relief map Ver 2", so I made my own. I hadn't planned on this being a published mod, but since it was easy enough to package for a first timer and there's nothing similar out there, I wanted to share it with the community if someone else has similar preferences.

I've tested on both vanilla and mod mentioned above and looks good in both (DLC ones not so much). See screenshots for comparisons.

This only changes the border file so it should be compatible with other mods, but would also tweak the presentation of other custom paper maps (for better or worse).


Paper Map tweaks:

-Vanilla Paper Map, the map(s) appears slightly lighter and more aged.
