This mod seeks to fix the issue of empires with a large amount of controlled systems being full of holes due to strange hyperlane arrangements or specific galaxy shapes (such as Spiral)

Unfortunately not ironman compatible

No mods should conflict with this one unless they also overwrite the border_system_radius define
