A whole restart of my laptop fixes this bug. then if i try to start playing again, this exact scenario happens again, but doesn´t take as long as the first time to appear.
Got an i5 11th Gen and Iris xe Graphics.
I only installed the DXVK Mod. Without the Mod the game is unplayable and i cant really test, if its the mod or the game itself.

About the reported problem, it is a bug that is in the current version of Fusionfix, very rare, some users reported it on the dev's github, it should soon be corrected, a guide user reported that turning off the game's reflections solves the problem, but loses graphic quality, we just have to wait, anyway, enjoy the game and thank you for recommending the guide!
but i have managed to resolve it. it seems that in some systems the "car textures" mod you offered can cause a rare glitch where the game views the car models as taxis, because the ram used for the cars "increases" or something...
i needed to edit some txt files by some random guide ive found on the internet and it's okay now.
