找到办法刷出佣兵合同了，要改on_action和scripted_triggers
还有个天鹅勇士的决议，要改decisions
参考我发的那个太吾目的mod里上面三个文件夹

这个mod是替换了整个00_realm_laws.txt文件吗？这可能导致明明是营地mod但和其他替换法律的mod冲突的。最好是重开一个00_realm_laws_mod.txt，在里面单独写一个camp_purpose={...}。
