5th (5% of game) Find all random characters or friends, marked on the map with a blue stick figure (except Jeff, Cherise, Clarence, and Ivan), including:


Brian: Activates after completing the mission "It's your Call". Appears during the day, more like in the afternoon. It has to be sunny and it has to be about 5-7 days since the previous encounter for you to see him again.
Badman: Activates after completing the mission "Shadow". Appears during the day. You find him sitting on a bench. Easy and simple encounter.
Mel: Activates after the mission "School of the Streets". Appears in the evening.
Ilyena Faustin: Activates after the mission "The Puerto Rican Connection". Appears during the day, better in the afternoon.
Hossan: Activates after the mission "The Puerto Rican Connection". Appears during the day, better at noon.
Sara: Activates after the mission "The Puerto Rican Connection". Appears in the evening. There are 2 encounters, both at the same time.
Pathos: Activates after the mission "The Puerto Rican Connection". Appears during the day, any time. There are 2 encounters, both at the same time and almost in the same place, very close.
Jeff: Activates after the mission "Photo Shoot". Appears during the day, usually in the afternoon. There are 3 encounters, the second one on mobile. Does not count towards getting 100% of the game.
Cherise: Activates after completing "Ruff Rider" for Dwaine and "The Holland Play". Appears during the day. Does not count towards getting 100% of the game.
Marnie: Activates after the mission "Action Speaks Louder Than Words". Found in the afternoon. There are 2 encounters.
Eddie Low: Activates after the mission "Action Speaks Louder Than Words". Found between 10:00 p.m. and 4:00 a.m. There are 2 encounters.
Ivan: Activates after the mission "Action Speaks Louder Than Words". Found during the day. Does not count towards getting 100% of the game.
Clarence: Activates after the mission "Blood Brothers". I don't have any information on when it was found. Easy and simple find. It doesn't count towards getting 100% of the game.
Gracie: Activates after the mission "Diamond are a Girls Best Friends (you have to wait 3 days for her to appear after the mission). Found in the afternoon.
