The fifth governor in my Governor mod series.
After I sacrificed who knows how many brain cells, I finally designed it.

City has +1 Science,+1 Culture,-2 Gold per population. Campus -2 Gold,+1 Great Scientist Point. Theater -2 Gold,+1 Great Writer Point,+1 Great Artist Point,+1 Great Musician Point.
+3 Amenities,-1 Amenities for every 4 population in a city, A minimum of +1 Amenity


The city has a population of more than 7 people, per population -1 Production, -1 Food, +2 Science, +2 Culture, -3 Gold .


+10% Production when building Districts. For every feature District in the city, +6% Production when building Districts, up to +30%.

NEIGHBORHOOD +1 Food from every adjacent districts
Wonders +1 Culture from every adjacent districts
