Ditie's Custom Scanner Sounds

I've gotten a couple suggestions to do the scanners in particular, so I decided they'd be next in my quest to overhaul half-life sounds!
These have been finished for a while actually, but I've been working on some other projects in the background, as well as a couple more sound mods I have yet to release >:3

Someone suggested I separate the sounds for the City Scanner and Shield Scanner into two seperate addons, but currently I haven't had the opportunity to do that (plus I haven't had a lot of patience as of late, unfortunately), but I may split them into two separate mods. If you're using this and suddenly one day the shield scanner has vanilla sounds, check my workshop to see if I've split them.
