You should probably have either the words "R18" or "NSFW" as the name of the mod. Otherwise, steam will remove the mod if it is mass reported.

Steam is cool with nsfw mods as long as;
1) The title of the mod clearly marks it as an adult mod
2) Censor and nipples and other obscene organs in any previews if they exists
