This is the PS Vita bubble or home menu which loops for about 10 minutes

This wallpaper is recommended for 3440x1440 monitors as on 1920x1080
monitors, the black bar at the top easily reveals the editing I did to cover the
incorrect time and random battery percentage.

So yes, this desktop wallpaper also has a working clock on it that shows the real time based on your PC's time

I recorded this footage from my PS Vita and couldn't make the resolution better, because I do not have a PS TV (aka the Vita TV).
