Ajout de grades au job civil protection et Civil protection Chief:

-Recrue
-Officier
-Officier II
-Sergent
-Sergent-Chef
-Lieutenant
-Colonel
-Capitaine
-Commandant
-Chef

Ajout de deux commandes pour la console:

-rank: Permet à tous les joueurs de voir dans combien de temps il seront promu. (Béta)
-rankadmin: Permet aux staff de promouvoir, rétrograder des joueurs.

-rank: Allows all players to see how soon they will be promoted. (Beta)
-rankadmin: Allows admins to promote and demote players.
