Spider Armour

Add Spider Armours and give them to Bugmaster.
I wanted to upgrade his defense, but I thought it's nonsense that he wears fine armour like samurai-armour so I make it.
You can get the blueprint from him.
It also add a new game start "Bugmaster-start" that I used for testing.

スパイダーの鎧を追加してバグマスターに着させます。
バグマスターの防御面を強化したいけどもサムライ鎧のようなちゃんとしたものを着ているのは何か違うかなーと思って作りました。
設計図はバグマスターを倒せば入手できます。
あとオマケでテスト用で準備したバグマスター開始モードがついています。
