RU Informator for Sunnytown V2 + Russian (RZD) signs

Informator (in Russian), ripped directly from a train.

Addon includes:
- ASNP informator;
- linear and regular schemes for 81-717 and 81-718;
- front signs;
- retextures for the whole map
- UPO Sarmat informator
- 81-720 "Yauza" and 81-722 "Jubilee" linear maps
- a small "easter egg" :3

In memory of Chernikovka-Zargorodnaya stretch, not in passenger use since 2007.

TUTORIAL on how to summon signs:
1. unpack the addon (use GMAExtractor or whatevers, i fogror)
2. throw it into the "addons" folder
3. start the map - the signs should appear, replacing the old ones.
