EN - This mod brings back the old system of Polish Ekstraklasa, called ESA-37, which was abolished in 2020, although now with 18 instead of 16 teams, as it would be if it were revived today. 18 teams play each other two times in regular season, then the league is split in half into “Champions” and “Relegation”. The team that comes 1st in the championship round wins the league, and the teams from 2nd to 4th get European football. 3 teams that come bottom in the relegation round get relegated to the second tier (1. Liga).

PL - Ten mod przywraca stary system Polskiej Ekstraklasy potocznie nazywany "ESA-37", z którego zrezygnowano po zakończeniu sezonu 19/20, zmienia się jednak liczba drużyn gra 18 drużyn zamiast 16-stu, tyle ile dzisiaj w Ekstraklasie.
18 drużyń gra ze sobą dwa razy w fazie zasadniczej, potem liga jest dzielona na dwie grupy mistrzowską (9 najlepszych) i spadkową (9 najgorszych).
Drużyna która zajmie 1. miejsce w grupie mistrzowskiej zostaje mistrzem, a drużyny które w tej grupie zajmą miejsca od 2-4 (Zgodnie z ilością miejsc w europejskich puchar dla Polski) grają w pucharach. 3 drużyny które w grupie spadkowej zajmą ostatnie miejsce spadają do 1 ligi.
