Enable FSR Frame Gen in DLSS mode for RTX 20/30 series (DLSS2FSR mod)

Adds AMD FSR 3 Frame Generation to BM:W by replacing Nvidia DLSS-G Frame Generation (nvngx_dlssg).

Steps

1. Visit nexusmods. (You need to login)

2. Manual download the "dlssg-to-fsr3-0.100 (Universal)"
The third one w/ description "Please see the READ ME.txt included inside this zip archive. Universal DLLs allow you to skip registry key tweaks and bypass GPU architecture checks for most games."

3. Open the zip file and click the folder "dll_version"

4. Copy and paste the dlssg_to_fsr3_amd_is_better.dll & version.dll to both directory:

SteamLibrary\steamapps\common\BlackMythWukong\Engine\Plugins\Runtime\Nvidia\Streamline\Binaries\ThirdParty\Win64
SteamLibrary\steamapps\common\BlackMythWukong\b1\Binaries\Win64

5. Now u can enable frame gen in DLSS mode! Enjoy!
