this issue will probably fixed soon but for now i can't test it
but this didn't stop me from trying, i tried adding a multiplier ; SUPPLYLIMIT_BASETAX_MULTIPLIER = 10.0 based of an excisting multiplier REVOLT_SIZE_BASETAX_MULTIPLIER = 0.33
but that didn't seemed to do anything, so i conclude that i don't know how to add new multipliers, and i also couldn't find an excisting one even though i expect there to be one, since high basetax provinces tend to have a high supply limit.
i also came across a multiplier called SUPPLYLIMIT_BASE_MULTIPLIER = 6.0 but changing it doesn't do anything and there isn't a discription behinf it of what it does do it might be a leftover from EU3
if anyone has knowledge of adding new multipliers, please tell me how to do it.
(It is possible to make province modifiers based on trade good)
