Auto-Refuel Stuff

Description
A grand total of 4 people asked for this so here we are.

Important
Configs Extended is necessary to edit the vast majority of the configs.

What this does
The mod will take care of your equips by refueling/repairing them when they reach a certain durability threshold.
Refueling will not occur while your character is busy or moving, holding the attack or the force attack buttons, standing within a telegraphed AOE attack (warbot's beam) or there are hostile mobs within a configurable radius. However, for a small selection of items, some of the restrictions are ignored if the item's durability gets critically low, to prevent loss of the item.

Pure horror, slurtle slime, fireflies, and rot can also be used as fuel if their appropriate setting is enabled.

Hotkey refueling
The mod also provides a configurable key (none by default) that will cause your character to repair an equipped item with lowest durability percent. Items above 90% durability are ignored.
You will probably not need this, but I'm leaving it here just in case.

@Slynx Jewel, right now you can lower the text and sound warning thresholds for the item in the configs (which can be summoned mid-game using /arscfg if you have Configs Extended).

hm...is there a way to remove spam when the mods trying to refuel, but you have nothing to do it with in your inventory?

@Shynaid, could be a feature of Mount Feeding Keybind, but it won't come out soon and it will not work as smoothly as you could imagine.

can you add auto refuel Woby hunger when mounted ?
(only when riding). 5 hunger or less

@Hamburger, the mod will not repair the item until you find some fuel. It will also send warnings periodically.

@Mr船蛸, that's an unusual case. Anyway, I've added a check to prevent that one particular crash.
