If her cloud had more interactions than just give an opponent a longer vertical hitbox for side-special, neutral-special and forward-strong(which alone kinda makes it busted as an Usher can just camp the ledge and repeatedly hit the rain cloud with f-strong lol) it would be cool.
but as she is right now, she is pretty solid as is.
awesome character, you did good work.
Don't take this too seriously because I don't see how you would change this without changing the character too much and making it feel different than the original idea. It's more of a platform fighter philosophy though. It doesn't change my enjoyment of the character because the mechanic is a very little part of the gameplay (or at least how I play).
Pretty fun character to play as and bonus points for the Future Media and Swaying palette!
I think it would be better if the timer was less polarized (not sure if that's the right word for what I mean).
