Potential FIX: EC: 201 EA App Won't launch - "We couldn't find your account info"

Follow the steps, it might work.


1. Open up CMD, type in : sc config NlaSvc depend= Dhcp/nsi/RpcSs/Tcpip/Eventlog


2. After you done with that, search "regedit" in Run (Windows + R), make your way to the following path-

[HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SYSTEM\CurrentControlSet\Services\netprofm]

[HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SYSTEM\CurrentControlSet\Services\NlaSvc]

3. Then click on the netprofm and NlaSvc folder, find the 'Start' key on the right-side panel of the box.


4. Double Click on it, change the number to '3' instead the default number '2'.



5 : Hit restart, and cross your finger.
