The Chemical Bucket can only be obtained in worlds with a chemical pond. It can't be found in the creative inventory, nor can it be found easily on the Workshop. Therefore the only way to get this item is to create a new tile, a new world, create the world, grab a bucket, locate the chemicals, and then pick them up.
