常盘台中学所属的一名十分有气质的女子中学生。
在名校的常盘台中学中也是领导着最大派系的实力者、同时也是学园都市中只存在七人的超能力者「Level 5」中的一员。使用的超能力是操纵他人精神的「心灵掌握（Mental Out）」。但是，似乎转移到基沃托斯后便不能随心所欲的发挥能力了。不太擅长应对同为「Level 5」的超能力者、也包括自己能力无法起效的御坂美琴。

Shokuhou Misaki is a graceful middle schooler who belongs to Tokiwadai Middle School. She is one of only seven "Level 5" espers in the academy city. She seems to have a bit of a problem with Misaka Mikoto, who is unable to communicate with her own abilities...
