鉴于成都铁路局的新车CR400AF-S频频被广州铁路局截胡，特为成都铁路局设计本涂装。本资产以CR400AF-S高速智能动车组为基础，以中国“天府映像”为主题，“红、橙、绿“作为色彩要素，融入了太阳神鸟、峨眉山水以及四川人的热情火辣，使用了”四川航空“优秀的熊猫设计元素，体现天府大地的山河风光、生态环境、文化历史和风俗民情。
CR400AF-S型“复兴号”高速智能动车组列车是基于CR400AF-Z动车组列车发展而来技术提升型智能动车组，由中车青岛四方机车车辆股份有限公司负责研制生产，是中国完全具备自主知识产权的高速智能列车，进一步优化了设备布局，增加列车定员，增加人性化设计，在17编组的车型中增加优选一等座，为商务人士提供了更多的出行选择。该列车的最高运营时速350km/h。

This asset is based on the CR400AF-S intelligent high-speed train, with the theme of "Tianfu Image" in China. The CR400AF-S "Fu Xing" high-speed intelligent train is a technology enhanced intelligent high-speed train model developed based on the CR400AF-Z intelligent high-speed train. It is developed and produced by CRRC Qingdao Sifang Locomotive and Rolling Stock Co., Ltd. It is a high-speed intelligent train with fully independent intellectual property rights in China. The equipment layout has been further optimized, the train capacity has been increased, and the humanized design has been added. The preferred first-class seat has been added to the 17-car model, providing more travel options for business people. The maximum operating speed of this train is 350km/h.
