[EE] AGOT More Common Greensights and Dragon Dreams

Increase Green Sight and Dragon Dream spawn rates, and make Dragon Dream conditions available to Valyrian culture children with pure-blooded traits.

First, let me explain the base game conditions, then I'll list my added bonuses.

BASE GAME CONDITIONS:

To get Dragon Dream, you need to be of the Targaryen Dynasty. Yes, Blackfyre is a house of said dynasty and should get their bonus.
In addition, I added a condition for Pure-Blooded of Valyrian culture. This is for roleplayers who start with Valyrian culture and are pure-blooded. Furthermore, pure-blooded will provide a bonus to get the trait for Targaryens as well, so invest in your dynasty.

To get Green Sight, you need to be of a Northern Old God faith. However, you get a very BIG bonus if you are of a Bogman/Crannogman culture. This is a base AGoT lore-accurate bonus, so get their culture for the highest chance possible!

Below are the bonus conditions for the base game and the additional ones I added.
You don't need ALL conditions, but if you want to get the traits, the more you have the higher the chance. I won't be posting the exact percentages each increases since it's supposed to be done for immersion. Take your time, and get lucky.

BONUS CONDITIONS:

This will put a cap of 80% to Dragon Dream if you meet ALL conditions of:

• Base Chance: 50/10000
  
• Either Parents of Targaryen Dynasty OR Valyrian Dynasty with Pure-blooded child: x5
  
• Both Parents of Targaryen Dynasty OR Valyrian Dynasty with Pure-blooded child: x2
  
• Either Parents have Dragon Dream: x2
  
• Both Parents have Dragon Dream: x2
  
• All Grandparents have Dragon Dream: x2
  
• Child is Pure-blooded: x2
  
• Both Parents have Pure-blooded: x2

This will put a cap of 80% to get Green Sight if you meet ALL conditions of :

• Base Chance: 20/10000
  
• Either Parents of Old Faith Northern religion: x2
  
• Both Parents of Old Faith Northern religion: x2
  
• Either Parents of Crannogman/Bogman culture: x5
  
• Both Parents of Crannogman/Bogman culture: x5
  
• Both Parents of Old Faith Northern religion AND Crannogman/Bogman culture: x2
  
• Either Parents have Green Sight: x2
  
• Both Parents have Green Sight: x2
  
• All Grandparents have Green Sight: x2

When I say All grandparents, I mean both grandparents from both sides of your parents. It will add an additional bonus.

Why so complex?
As the player, you should put effort into getting them, and AGoT's biggest challenge is preserving a dynasty while plagues and other events ravage your bloodline.

For the AI, they will have additional chances, but they won't go out of their way to get it. However, you should see more of them based on the generous criteria I added.

The base game has around 1% chance for Green Sight for non-Crannogman/Bogman, and nearly 5% for Dragon Dream on average, more if both parents are Targaryens, so the whole pure-blooded thing I added is just an additional representation of AGoT's 'core value' (-_-)
